The EPIC at the Bay development is divided into three phases. The different phases are highlighted below:
Phase 1
Expected Delivery: Q1 2026
Construction started in Q4 2023 . This phase consists of the Epic Residences: 52 high-end residences. Almost sold out. Interested? Contact us for pricing and availability.

Phase 3
Sales start: Mid 2025
In the last phase the Epic Courtyard will be built. The Epic Courtyard will consist of a parking garage and 71 apartments which are situated around a courtyard. The apartments have great ocean views. The courtyard itself will include a full service restaurant, a large swimming pool, and 4 commercial spaces as well as public parking for outside visitors.​
Sales of these 71 apartments are expected to start Q1 2025.
Phase 2
Sales start: Early 2025
The second phase of the Epic at the Bay project consists of the EPIC Villas. Pre construction sales will start Q1 2025 and construction of these 7 high end standalone villa's is expected to start Q2 2025.
