The EPIC at the Bay development is divided into three phases. The different phases are highlighted below:
Phase 1
Fall 2022
Pre-construction sales of phase 1 will commence in September of 2022. Construction is expected to start Q1 2023 . Phase 1 consists of the Epic Residences: 44 high-end apartments. Interested? Contact us for pricing and availability.
IN PROGRESS
Phase 3
Mid 2025
Phase 3 consists of Epic Condominiums. The Epic Condominiums will consist of approximately 80 condominiums situated around a central square. This square will include restaurants and commercial space and public parking for outside visitors.

Sales of these 80 condominiums are expected to start Q1 2025.
Phase 2
Early 2025
The second phase of the Epic at the Bay project consists of the EPIC Villa's. Pre construction sales will start Q1 2025 and construction of these 8 high end standalone villa's is expected to start Q2 2025.
