October 2025 Willemstad - Phase 2 has officially begun. Groundwork has started, with the first excavation and preparatory work for the seven new villas at EPIC at the Bay, located at beautiful Piscadera. Step by step, the site is being prepared to transform this piece of land into an exclusive residential location.

July 2025 Willemstad - We are excited to pronounce that all the rooftops are in place. The exterior is now complete. Let's move on to the inside!
