December 2025 Willemstad – The floors are poured, including the areas around the pool, and the large glass doors have been delivered and installed. Painting has already begun, bringing the interiors to life. Groundwork for Phase 2 is progressing steadily. Soon, stunning new villas will rise here, offering breathtaking views over Piscadera Bay. October 2025 Willemstad - Phase 2 has officially begun. Groundwork has started, with the first excavation and preparatory work for the seven new villas at EPIC at the Bay, located at beautiful Piscadera. Step by step, the site is being prepared to transform this piece of land into an exclusive residential location.
