Willemstad - We are delighted to announce our partnership with Bocobay. Bocobay will handle all rental management for EPIC at the Bay (phase 1) and is known for its professional, full-service management of (vacation) homes, focused on providing peace of mind for both owners and guests.

All aspects of the stay are arranged by Bocobay, including check-in, cleaning, guest communication, marketing, reservations, and 24/7 support. This allows owners to count on a carefree rental and guests to enjoy a high level of service.

Thanks to a strong local presence and international distribution the aim is to achieve optimal occupancy and returns. A transparent online platform gives owners insight into reservations and results.
